GE, Comcast must agree evaluated allegedly, NBC Universal with $30 Bln
General Electric Co. and Comcast Corp., which were in discussions over the sale of GE’s media and entertainment arm NBC Universal division, have agreed to value it at about $30 billion, media reported Sunday citing people familiar with the matter. The two companies are now in the process of ironing out the final details of the deal, reports stated.
