FMC technologies to buy the systems of direct order $120 Mln in the agreement - updates
The manufacturer of equipment of oil drilling FMC Technologies, Inc (FTI) said Wednesday which it projects, of systems of direct order to acquire a manufacturer of the engines of magnet of duration and camp for gas and oil industry. The negotiation is estimated at approximately $120 to million and waits, to close in the fourth quarters of 2009. FMC said that it awaits the agreement, for are 2011 increase.
